Can I use any images or graphics on my custom embroidery order?

You can use any image that is your own. While you can be inspired by other peoples images, be careful not to use images that have a copyright or trademark unless you have written permission from the company who owns the image. Any image we embroider must be obtained and used in a way that is legally permissible.

Am I able to change the design/colors/placement of my embroidery design after I have uploaded my image?

Yes. Please let us know your exact idea so the sample stitch out can be as close to your vision as possible.


Once you receive an image of your sample stich out and have approved it, we will not be able to make any changes to the color, placement, size or design as your item will be stitched out immediately! Should you require changes, an additional fee may be applicable.

I have received the image of my sample stitch out. Now what?

Please review the sample stitch out carefully and let us know of any adjustments you would like made. We will not stitch out your item without your approval of the sample.

How long will it take to complete my order?

Time will vary on a case by case basis as completion is based on production time, inventory, design complexity, quantity and the mail carrier service. Should you wish to expedite your order, an additional fee based on the above will be applied.

If you provide us with additional requests or changes that would affect the turnaround time of your order, we will notify you of a new completion date. If we are unable to complete your order within an agreed upon timeframe, due to unexpected emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and make the necessary adjustments to compensate for the delay.

Do I supply my own items to be embroidered, or can I purchase through Mi Bombons?

All items purchased through Mi Bombons are guaranteed for customer satisfaction. We work with vendors who are known
for their quality and value. We won't provide anything less for our clients.

You are able to supply your own item to be embroidered; however, due to the nature of embroidery and custom apparel, we are not able to guarantee a specialty item that was not purchased through Mi Bombons.

Is there a guarantee on an item I send in to be embroidered?

Mistakes happen! Unfortunately we do not get it right on the first try every time. They make for great bloopers reels in
our social media pages, but they aren't good for your specialty items!

Mistakes can be due to design flaws, embroidery mishaps and different malfunctions of the sort. Although they are not welcome, they are part of the nature of embroidery; therefore, by sending your own item to be embroidered, please be aware there is a possibility to lose your item to one of these circumstances.

Mi Bombons is not responsible for replacing any damaged items or garments brought in by our clients. An even exchange will be offered to the customer in the case the finalized specialty garment does not reflect the
approved sample.

What is your Return policy?

Mi Bombons reviews returns and exchanges on a case by case basis. Items to be embroidered are highly customized; as such,
we are unable to resell an item that was personalized for you. Once you approve a sample, we will be unable to issue a
refund.

Exceptions: If you have a concern about the quality of our workmanship or the quality of an item purchased from Mi Bombons, please let us know! We value your satisfaction and aim to exceed your expectations. We will review your case together and discuss a reasonable and mutually agreeable outcome.
